Wanbury Ltd is the fastest growing pharma company with a Compounded Annual Growth Rate(CAGR) of 68% over the last 6 years.The company has strong presence in domestic formulations,Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient(API) and Contract Research and manufacturing Services(CRAMS).The company also has its presence in Europe in formulations.

Wanbury was incorporated as Pearl Distributors Pvt Ltd in 1990.It went public and was renamed as Pearl Organics Ltd in 1991.The company has established its first plant in the year 1992 in Tarapur for manufacturing APIs.In 1995,Pearl Organics acquired plant of Brij Chemicals Pvt Ltd at Patalganga.In 1996,the company has entered into a strategic alliance with Wyckoff Chemicals to manufacture its API in US.

In 2007,Pharmaceutical Products India Ltd was amalgamated with the company pursuant to the BIFR order.In the same year, Doctor's Organics and Chemicals Ltd also came into the fold of Wanbury as this also merged with Wanbury.The company has entered into a strategic association with Bravo Healthcare Ltd and also incorporated Ningxia Wanbury Fine Chemicals Co Ltd to source raw materials from China.The company has opened its office in Zurich,Switzerland for its CRAMS business and incorporated Wanbury Global FZE in Middle East for carrying out its trading activities in the year 2008.
