VMS TMT Limited was incorporated as VMS TMT Private Limited', pursuant to the Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat on April 9, 2013. The Company name was changed to VMS TMT Limited', upon conversion of the status into a Public Company, and a fresh Certificate of Change of Name was issued on December 1, 2023, by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad.
The Company is engaged in manufacturing of Thermo Mechanically Treated Bars (TMT Bars) at the manufacturing facility situated at Bhayla Village, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. It market TMT Bars under the brand ' Kamdhenu NXT' within the State of Gujarat through their distribution network comprising of 3 distributors and 227 dealers. The Company currently has re-heating furnace and rolling mill for manufacturing of TMT Bars from billets, while the main raw material for TMT Bars is iron billets.
TMT Bars are high-strength reinforcement steel used widely in construction due to their exceptional strength, ductility, and corrosion resistance. The Company manufacture TMT Bars by utilizing modern TMT rolling mill machines from billets. The Company established a factory at Bhayla Village in Gujarat for manufacturing of TMT Bars in 2021. It established a Continuous Casting Machine (CCM) Plant in 2023. As a measure for backward integration, the Company has recently installed 30 ton electric induction furnace and continuous caster for manufacturing of TMT Bars and power substation having 22,000 kVAh.
The Company is planning an Initial Public Issue upto 1,50,00,000 Fresh Issue of Equity Shares.
