Vineet Laboratories Limited (Formerly known as Ortin Laboratories Limited) is a manufacturing company of intermediates useful for the manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients. The Company was incorporated on 10 November 2016 and operates in the business of API Intermediates, Bulk Drugs & fine chemicals.
The production unit located at Malkapur Village, Yadadri- Bhuvanagiri District in Telangana State, India, is a multipurpose facility well equipped with stainless steel and glass-lined reactors with total volume of 230KL, of different volumes to suit any batch size. Special provisions are made to carry out reactions at very low temperature (up to -100°C). The Company is also specialized in manufacturing and handling pyrophoric chemicals like n-Butyl Lithium.
The Company export the API intermediates, fine chemicals and custom synthesis molecules. The Company is interested in collaborating with exporters who want high quality products for export to other countries. In addition to the list of products enlisted in the website, the Company can manufacture as per customer requirements ,in case having any specific requirement.
The Company constructed a warehouse with facilities for sampling both, dispensing booth, packing material room, rejected material room, intermediate room and a day storage for dispensed material 20 calibrated storage tanks from 10 KL to 40 KL available to store various solvents in dedicated tanks. All tanks are equipped with sprinklers and bund walls.
The responsibility of Company's R&D department is to develop new and innovative products and explore cost effective technology for existing products. This Department is well equipped with all necessary infrastructures with research books, research journals and other online literature search platforms. The infrastructure is very versatile & specially designed to address the requirements of carrying out complex and hazardous chemical process safely and efficiently. The Company personnel are highly skilled at handling different kind of process chemistry. The Company is planning to start an ultra modern R & D facility for introducing new molecules of API intermediates, custom synthesis products, intermediates and chemicals etc.
The multipurpose facility of the Company is well equipped with stainless steel and glass-lined reactors with total volume of 230 KL, of different volumes to suit any batch size. These reactors are provided with primary and secondary condensers, azeotropic boxes with facility to continue distillation under vacuum. Special provisions are made to carry out reactions at very low temperature up to -100°C and under inert atmosphere like nitrogen. Special equipment is in place to carryout reactions at high temperatures up to 250°C. Molecular distillation at hundred kilo batch size can be carried out. The Company is also specialized in manufacturing and handling pyrophoric chemicals like n-Butyl Lithium.
The Company is associated with many domestic and overseas customers like Gilead Sciences, USA, Teva, Mylan Laboratories Ltd., Hyderabad, Orchid Chemicals And Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Hetero Drugs, Cipla Limited, Jubilant Organosys Ltd., etc. It strives constantly to keep customers happy with quality and schedule in delivery of products.
The Quality Control Department is extensively equipped with modern analytical instrumentals like HPLCs (6No.s), GCs(4No.s), IR, Melting Range Apparatus, UV- vis Spectrophotometer, K.F. Titrator, etc. and staffed with trained analysts. It generates required analytical data for all quality related issues like routine analysis, investigations, validations, method development, compliance with guidelines like ICH, etc. The plant has been successfully audited by several multinational companies for compliance to the guidelines of quality system recommended by the ICHQ7 standard.
The Company has been an ISO 9001: 2015 certified by the internationally recognized Quality Management Certification Body to enhance customer satisfaction by providing Quality Intermediates at optimum cost and maintain profitability through continual improvement of Quality Management Systems and cGMP.
