Company History

Venus Pipes & Tubes Private Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on February 17, 2015 under the Companies Act, 2013. Thereafter, Company converted into a Public Limited and name of the Company was changed to Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited on September 16th, 2021.

The Company is one of the growing stainless-steel pipes and tubes manufacturer and exporter in manufacturing of stainless-steel tubular products in 2 broad categories comprising of seamless tubes/pipes and welded tubes/pipes. It is currently manufacturing 5 product lines, namely, Stainless Steel High Precision & Heat Exchanger Tubes; Stainless Steel Hydraulic & Instrumentation Tubes; Stainless Steel Seamless Pipes; Stainless Steel Welded Pipes; and Stainless Steel Box Pipes. Apart from these, it supply products for applications in diverse sectors including chemicals, engineering; fertilizers; pharmaceuticals, power, food processing; paper; and oil and gas.

In 2015, the Company established manufacturing plant at Dhaneti, Bhuj-Bhachau highway, close to Mundar and Kandla Ports. It commenced the production of stainless steel welded pipes, steel high precision & heat exchanger tubes, steel hydraulic & instrumentation tubes and steel box pipes at the plant located in Dhaneti, Gujarat.

In 2017, it expanded the production line of stainless steel seamless pipes. It exported stainless steel welded and stainless steel seamless pipes in the European Union, Brazil, UK, Israel etc.
