The Company was originally formed and registered as a Partnership Firm under the Partnership Act, 1932 in the name and style of 'M/s. Sonu Enterprises', pursuant to a Deed of Partnership dated September 01, 2001. The Constitution of Partnership Firm were changed on November 14th, 2014. Thereafter the Constitution of Partnership Firm were changed on July 6, 2017 by admission of partners. Subsequently, 'M/s. Sonu Entreprises' was converted from a Partnership Firm to a Public Limited Company under Part I chapter XXI of the Companies Act, 2013 in the name of 'Sonu Infratech Limited' and received a Certificate of Incorporation dated September 29, 2017 from the Central Registration Center, Registrar of Companies.
The Company began life as a Civil Construction and Contracting Company and executed many prestigious Industrial projects successfully. Promoters, Mr. Ramji Shrinarayan Pandey and Mr. Ketan Vallabhdas Modi laid down the foundation of Company in the year 2001 as a Partnership Firm in the name of 'M/s. Sonu Enterprises' to establish itself in Civil Construction, Mechanical Job Work at Reliance Petroleum Limited, Moti Khavdi and other business as may be decided by partners from time to time.
The Company is engaged into the business of civil construction services, such as piling, excavation, road preparation, land leveling, structural painting, building construction in commercial and industrial project, mechanical scaffolding services including structuring and piping, Plant maintenance at Reliance DTA (Domestic Territory Area), Reliance SEZ (Special Economic Zone), Reliance MTF (Marine Time Farm including DTA and SEZ), Reliance J3 (C2 Complex, PCG DTA, PCG SEZ, Rubber Plant), Nayara Maintenance, Repairs and Maintenance services such as plumbing, electrification, cleaning of vessels, plant and machinery, tanks during shut down period of the Company who had awarded contract.
The Company has own plant and machinery and vehicle which enables to provide a complete range of civil construction services for majority of all type of civil construction and infrastructure related work. The Company secure contracts in generally through one to one negotiation. The pricing of services is determined on the basis of type of construction and estimated duration within which it needs to be completed as well as the type of equipments required. The prices are determined by negotiating directly with the client. In general, services are provided to customers on credit and the customers generally settle the account on periodic basis through which the Company bid for the Contracts. Presently. the Company is doing Civil projects of Production Plants, Infrastructure Job, different Heavy Structures and Culverts, Industrial Painting, Scaffolding and Maintenance Jobs at Reliance Industries Ltd. and Jamnagar Export Refinery Projects (JERP), DTA & J3 Project. Since 2005, the Company is having annual rate of all Civil Work, Structural Painting, Scaffolding With Reliance Industries Ltd. and Jamnagar Export Refinery Projects.
The customer include medium to large size of infrastructure companies serving and completing various projects successfully for which the Company is awarded contract from the Company with regards to Civil, Mechanical, Plant Maintenance, Road Preparation etc. The Company has been awarded by Reliance Industries Limited, Refinery Division, Jamnagar for Best Contractor Safety Performance Awards in the Year 2011, Reliance Industries Limited, Refinery Division, Jamnagar for Best Contractor Safety Performance Award in the Year 2013, Reliance Industries Limited, SEZ Refinery Division, Jamnagar for Best Contractor Award Competition in the Year 2014, Reliance Industries Limited, J3 Project, Jamnagar for Project appreciation in the year 2014, Reliance Industries Limited DTA Refinery Division, Jamnagar for Best Contractor safety Performance in the Year 2015, Reliance Industries Limited, Refinery Division, Jamnagar for Best Contractor Safety Performance Award in the year 2016 and Essar Oil Limited, Refinery Division, Vadinar for Appreciation for contribution towards safety promotion in the year 2017. The Company received Certificate of Appreciation from NAYARA Energy for winner of Best Contractor Civil. The awards received from the renowned company witness brand and image.
