The Company was originally incorporated on 9th March, 2018 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai,. The Company has been converted from proprietorship firm to Company in the year 2018. The Company acquired the ongoing business of M/s Salasar Exteriors i.e. the proprietorship of the Promoter Shree Kishan Joshi, vide Business Succession Agreement dated July 12, 2018. The Company is presently engaged in providing mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) and finishing works which cater to civil and interior work, super steel and structural work, furniture work and fire fighting work of residential, commercial, hotels, Guest House, hospitals and IT sector.
The Company's business activities may be classified as trading in real estate properties by way of acquiring interests in various real estate projects such as flats, land and building materials in Mumbai. A substantial amount of business activities are concentrated in certain areas of Mumbai suburbs such as Mira Road and Naigaon. The Company continue focus in the real estate activities and is in process of establishing presence in other suburb areas of Mumbai. The Company believes that these areas are having tremendous growth potential since the said areas are still to be developed and are an attractive real estate market in terms of returns on investment and depth of demand for real estate developments. The Company intend to explore opportunities to expand operations by developing new verticals within its existing lines of business through diversification.
