Scoda Tubes Limited was incorporated as 'Scoda Tubes Limited' vide Certificate of incorporation dated November 10, 2008, and received Certificate of Commencement of Business dated November 12, 2008, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Dadra and Nagar Haveli. The Company is engaged in the business manufacture of Stainless-Steel Pipes & Tubes.

Scoda Tubes is a stainless-steel tubes and pipes manufacturer, specialising in the production of seamless and welded products in a single metal category i.e., stainless steel. The products are used in diversified industrial companies engaged in Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Fertilisers, Power, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Railways and Transportation sectors, both domestically and internationally. In addition, the Company operate a hot piercing mill for the production of mother hollow, having a production capacity of 20,000 MT per annum; 10,068 MT per annum of seamless products and 1,020 MT per annum of welded products.

The Company operate 1 manufacturing plant strategically at Ahmedabad-Mehsana Highway, Rajpur, Kadi, Mehsana, Gujarat from the Mundra Port. Currently, it works 18 production lines for seamless products and 2 production lines for welded products. In May 2022, the Company completed the construction of a hot piercing mill for production of mother hollow, which is the principal raw material for their stainless-steel seamless products.

The Company is planning an IPO upto 275 Crore Equity Shares through Fresh Issue.
