Richa Info Systems Ltd was incorporated as 'Richa Info Systems Private Limited' at Gandhinagar on October 1, 2010, under Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by Assistant Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli. Subsequently, the conversion of Company into Public Limited Company, name of the Company was changed to 'Richa Info Systems Limited' and fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated September 14, 2021 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. Mrs. Hema Tushar Shah and Mr. Tushar Dineshchandra Shah are the Present Promoters of the Company.
The Company started business from office automation products and at present is engaged in assembling innovative products and systems integrator of multifaceted solutions like interactive flat panel, interactive board, Digital Podium, Digital Kiosk, CCTV cameras to customers in sectors like government, PSUs, education, defense. It provides wide choice of 'Innovative Solutions', providing service to government organizations across India through Government e Marketplace (GeM).
The Company import raw materials from China and assembles semi finished products and installs requisite software as per the customers requirement.'Customer Satisfaction' is Company's top most priority, In-House Knowledge Center for Technical Supremacy, education technology solutions like, interactive board, projector, interactive projector,HD visualizer, digital podium (electronic lectern),interactive pad, digital signage and display solutions with products like professional large format display, LED video Walls, Information Kiosk, boardroom solutions, security & surveillance solutions, IT technology solutions, office automation solutions like multi function machines, EPABX, healthcare vertical solutions etc.
Besides, the Company has added e-learning school content in its product portfolio from FY 2021-22. It has developed content for classes from Standard 1 to Standard 12 (for science stream) for CBSE Board from outside agency. Entire work of school content development is outsourced to outside agency. Techno offers products and services that are revolutionizing how work happens in educational institutions such as schools, colleges, universities, training/demo rooms, conference/ seminar halls, and interactions that happen in business meetings, web conference, tele healthcare, as well as Online video meetings.]]
The Company uses the technology of assembling and installation of software in majority of products. The majority of products are semi-finished goods and the Company assembles the semi-finished goods and install the requisite software in products like Interactive Panel, digital Podium and Digital Kiosk. At present, the Company operates having installation in units like Office Equipment, Furniture & Fixtures, Computers & Printer, Car and Two- Wheelers. The Company has distributors/dealers located in some cities and states of Maharashtra, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Bihar and Haryana. In the State of Rajasthan and in Maharashtra, the Company is in developing stage.
The Company believes that a long-term client relationship with customers fetches better dividends. This helps to improve the efficiency of products and services and management on a continuous basis. As a result, it forms basis of further expansion to monitor a potential services/ market closely on daily basis. The competition emerges from organized sector and from both small and big regional national and international players. In adverse and competitive market scenario also, the Company maintains growth steadily due to planned structure of operational policies. Moreover, there are minimal entry barriers in this industry and any expansion in capacity by existing competitor further intensify competition. Thus, the experience in business had enabled the Company in providing quality products and services to meet customer's demand in timely manner.
The Company is ISO 9001:2015 certified and also holding certificate under Quality System of BIC Limited (UK). The Company provides product with competitive rates. It has developed internal procedure of checking products at each stage of production right from receipt of raw material to its dispatch of products. The Company continue to provide annual maintenance services to clients to whom products are supplied.
