Company History

The company was originally incorporated at Vapi, in Gujarat as 'Maheshwari Logistics Limited', a Private Limited Company under the provisions of the companies Act, 1956 vide certification of incorporation dated October 12, 2006. Subsequently, the company was converted into Public company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at the extraordinary general meeting of the company held on December 01, 2016 and the name of the company was changed to 'Maheshwari Logistics Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued consequent upon conversion from private company to public company dated December 05, 2016

The company is engaged in the business of carriers/transporters, dealing in papers, Kraft Board, M.G Kraft Paper, Waste Paper, Writing Papers and all other Papers and dealing in Coal & Lignite, etc. The company has started the paper journey with trading of variety of papers, with gaining an insight of the industry coupled, with an available opportunity and ventured into manufacturing of Kraft Paper in 2015 by purchasing business vide a business transfer agreement dated September 30, 2015 from 'M/s. Daman Ganga Recycled Resources' (LLP) and also entered into a tripartite job work cum plant and equipment operating agreement with 'Daman Ganga Papers Limited' and 'Daman Ganga Recycled Resources (LLP) for a period of 20 years.

The company has started out with logistics services and over the year has developed a strong clientele network in the sector and also extended the logistics arm in state of Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. Along with logistics services, the company has ventured into trading of non-coking coal and has also installed a screening plant at Vapi for sizing imported as well as indigenous coal for the customers who have specific requirement of sized coal.
