Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Limited was incorporated as 'AKP Holdings Private Limited', pursuant to Certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, at Mumbai on February 17, 2015. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to 'AKP Holdings Limited', upon conversion into a Public Company, on December 05, 2024. Thereafter, the name was changed to Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited', and a fresh Certificate of Change of Name was issued on December 16, 2024, by the RoC.
The Company is a developer of residential and commercial premises in Mumbai, Maharashtra, with a focus in Redevelopment Projects in the Ultra Luxury Segment and Luxury Segment in the western suburbs. For the calendar years 2019 to 2023, the MMR was ranked first among the top seven Indian residential real estate markets (namely, MMR (Maharashtra), Pune (Maharashtra), Bengaluru (Karnataka), Hyderabad (Telangana), the National Capital Region, Chennai (Tamil Nadu) and Kolkata (West Bengal)) in terms of supply, absorption and average base selling price.
The Company acquired land for business operations in western suburbs of Mumbai in 2017, focusing on the ultra-luxury and luxury residential properties market. In 2019, it launched residential project Ananya; commercial project Signature'. In 2021, it launched residential project Ayana', launched d commercial project Arc One' in 2022; launched Residential project Amalfi', Residential project The Arcadian' in 2024. The Company has merged with its four wholly owned subsidiaries, Tryksha Projects Private Limited, Veer Savarkar Projects Private Limited, Zinnia Projects Private Limited and Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Holdings Private Limited into the Company in 2024.
Company is planning an Initial Public Offer by raising funds from public aggregating to Rs 792 Cr Equity Shares of face value of Re 1 each.
