Company History

Krishana Phoschem Limited was incorporated as a a public limited company on 14 May 2004. The company is engaged in the business of manufacturing of fertilizers & chemicals such as Beneficiated Rock Phosphate (BRP), Single Super Phosphate (SSP), and Dyes Intermediates mainly H.Acid & Chemical products i.e. Sulphuric Acid (SA), Oleum , Coloro Sulphonic Acid & Liquid SO3. Currently, the company has 3 manufacturing plants that have been ingeniously built across Meghnagar in Jhabua district of Madhya Pradesh.

BRP and SA are basic raw materials for SSP, Sulphur is basic raw material for production of Sulphuric Acid and SA with Naphthalene is basic raw material for H.Acid. SSP is used for replenishing P (Phosphorus) in the soil which gets depleted steadily with each crop and also fulfills Sulphur deficiency in the soil. It is water soluble as such easily absorbable or used by plant.

The company has already started work on DAP& NPK complex fertilizer project at adjoining land of the existing plant at Meghnagar. Total cost of Project is approx. Rs. 330 crores and its first phase is expected to commence commercial production in October 2022, while the second phase to be completed by October 2023.

Also, the company has established its own high-end laboratory which is extensively used for controlling the quality at every stage i.e.,BRP,SSP, GSSP and ores that are obtained from the mines. Thus, the company is also working towards better future by reducing foreign dependency.
