Innovana Thinklabs Limited was originally incorporated as a private limited company with the name 'PCVARK Software Private Limited' on April 13, 2015. Further, The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and consequently name of the Company was changed to 'PCVARK Software Limited' on June 27, 2017. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed from 'PCVARK Software Limited' to 'Innovana Thinklabs Limited' on August 30, 2017.
The Company was originally promoted and presently by Mr. Chandan Garg, and Mr. Kapil Garg who were the initial subscribers to the Company's Memorandum and Articles of Association.
Innovana Thinklabs is engaged in software and application development business which directly provide services to retail user. The Company basically design, develop and maintain software systems and solutions, create new applications and enhance the functionality of their customers' existing software products. The Product portfolio consists of application and software such as Ad-blocker, disk cleanup, space reviver, file opener and privacy protector etc. The Company has developed number of products and these products have registered their presence and popularity in 13 different languages and over 126 countries.
Innovana endeavours to bring together creativity and knowledge with positive business strategy to furnish the requirements of diverse clients with an inclusive range of products and services which are comprehensive and cost effective. The Company delivers services across all stages of the product life-cycle, which enables it to work with a wide-range of customers and allows it to develop, enhance and deploy its customers' software products. The Company focuses on innovation driven technology leadership and have set up research and test laboratories that are specific to particular verticals of services.
