Garv Industries Limited was incorporated as a limited company on October 12, 2017 with an objective of using all these years of friendly relationship and business experience in aluminium and fabric markets and corporatizing this entire family business. The promoter, Mr. Rishu Agarwal was involved in trading of aluminum products in Delhi from 1996 through his H.U.F till 2008. Another one promoter, Mrs. Daya Bansal managed a proprietorship firm named as 'Indian Sales Corporation' which was in the business of fabrics trading from April, 2011 to March, 2013.
Subsequently the promoter has been indirectly involved in aluminium and other trading business through financing activities carried out in the NBFC - R.S. Services Private Limited (its corporate promoter) since 2010 till date.
The Company is a multiproduct trading and distribution company dealing in wide range of aluminium products and textile products.
The Company is promoted by Rishu Agarwal and family who together have industry experience of many years and possess rich business intellect in the trading circles of Delhi. They have been in this business through family proprietary concerns, proprietary business and through partnership.
The Company plans to leverage its promoter networks in the Trading community of Delhi as well as strong balance sheet situation to increase its presence in the Aluminium and metal products, Fabrics product segments in Northern India. The Company is in the process of building a quality and innovation focused trading vertical as well as developing a strong team to cater to its proposed increased operational needs.
