Subsequently, the Company converted into a Public Limited Company through which the name of Company got changed to 'Gopal Snacks Limited', and the RoC issued a fresh Certificate of Incorporation on March 31, 2023.

Company History

The Company is fast-moving consumer goods company in India, offering variety of savoury products under the brand Gopal', including ethnic snacks such as namkeen and gathiya, western snacks such as wafers, snack pellets and extruder snacks, along with fast-moving consumer goods that include papad, spices, gram flour or besan, noodles, rusk and soan papdi.

The Company started manufacturing operations in Rajkot, Gujarat during the year 2010. In 2015, it got into automation and engineering, in 2017, it introduced an engineering and fabrication facility at Rajkot to manufacture customised containers on logistic vehicles for transportation of their products to distributors. It started manufacturing operations in Nagpur, Maharashtra in 2018. Again during the same period, it strengthened backward integration by manufacturing of besan in Rajkot. Through expansion process in 2019, it manufactured raw snacks pellet and spices at another ancillary facility in Rajkot. In 2021, it started operations at Modasa Plant in Gujarat and in 2022-23, it established an ancillary manufacturing facility in Modasa to manufacture raw snack pellets.

The Company propose IPO by raising capital aggregating Rs 650 Cr. Equity Shares through Offer for Sale.
