Gem Aromatics Limited was originally incorporated as Gem Aromatics Private Limited' as a Private Company dated October 3, 1997, issued by the Registrar of Companies, at Maharashtra. Upon the conversion of Company's status into a Public Limited, the name was changed to, Gem Aromatics Limited', and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 17, 2023, was issued by the RoC.
In year 1997, Company inaugurated the Silvassa Facility and commenced business operations at Silvassa unit in 1999. It launched a new business vertical named ' Clove Oil' in 2009 and later commenced production at Budaun unit in 2016.
The Company is an established manufacturer of specialty ingredients, including, essential oils, aroma chemicals and value added derivatives in India with a track record of over two decades. It offer a diversified portfolio of products, ranging from the Mother Ingredients to its various Value-Added Derivatives. The products find application across a broad spectrum of industries, such as, oral care, cosmetics, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, wellness and pain management and personal care.
The Company has commenced production of its first batch at Krystal in 2024. The Company is planning an Initial Public Offer by raising funds aggregating upto Rs 175 Crore fresh issue of equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each and by issuing 8,924,274 equity shares through offer for sale.
