The Company was incorporated on August 08, 2003 as a Private Limited Company under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 with Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana in the name of Udhav Fashion Apparels Private Limited. The Company was taken over by Mr. Sanjay Bansal in the year 2008 from erstwhile promoters and changed its name to AVSL Industries Private Limited. The Company is a leading manufacturer of PVC Compound, PVC Filler and PVC Tape etc. mainly used in the Power Cable Industry. The Company is primarily engaged in manufacturing of PVC Foam Board and PVC Door Frames and trading of agro based commodities like rice, spices, pulses, wheat flour, food grains, dry fruits, etc.
The Company have a strong presence and its ability to offer quality products by connecting customer aspirations with innovative solutions. The Company is a Delhi based manufacturing and trading organization having 3 manufacturing plant of power cable raw material at Bhiwadi (Rajasthan), 2nd Unit at Halol and 3rd at Umbergaoan both in Gujarat. The Company commenced its operations of manufacturing of PVC products in the year 2009 from its Delhi plant and expanded its business in Halol, Gujarat in the year 2015. The Company installed a 250 KW solar power generating system in manufacturing unit situated in Rajasthan. The total unit consumed till date is 1,41,088 KWH. The unit situated at Umbergaon, Gujarat was closed from 01 January 2021 due to expiry of rent agreement.
The Company expands business by engaging in the industry as manufacturers, wholesale suppliers and exporters of colored PVC Boards, Multiple Layer PVC Boards, PVC Foam Boards, rigid PVC sheets, WPC foam boards, WPC sheets. The qualitative range of products includes PVC Board, WPC Board, Wall Panel and Designer Jali. It is suitable for the movable plank house, factories, shopping malls, home, office and other occasions. This sheet is available in various sizes, patterns, and designs in order to meet the needs of our prestigious clients. Our offered sheet is checked by our quality controllers for ensuring its flawlessness, excellent tearing strength, recyclable, perfect finish, high load-bearing capacity.
