During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company had production of 1,144.191 million Ambica scented bathies. The Company has factories established at Eluru, Andhra Pradesh. The Company's subsidiary is Ambica Infra Ventures (P) Ltd. During fiscal 2010, the Company had entered into a license agreement with Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation for construction of commercial complex at Dwarakanagar bus station, Vizag on extension of time basis for 30 years.
