Akshar Spintex Limited was originally incorporated as a private limited company 'Akshar Spintex Private Limited' at Jamnagar, Gujarat on June 19,2013. Subsequently, the company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to special resolution passed by the members in Extraordinary General Meeting held on December 26, 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to 'Akshar Spintex Limited' on January 5, 2018.
Abhishekbhai Tala, Amit Gadhiya, Ashok Dudhagara, Bakulesh Jani and Harish Trivedi were the initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association of the Company. Abhishekbhai Tala had transferred his entire shareholding i.e. 8,66,000 Equity shares to Amit Gadhiya and Nayan Gadhiya on April 12, 2016. i.e. 4,00,000 and 4,66,000 Equity shares respectively. Further, Ashok Dudhagara, Bakulesh Jani and Tarish Trivedi had transferred their entire shareholding i.e. 5,000 shares, 1,000 shares and 1,000 shares, respectively to Rekhaben Chauhan on January 28, 2014.
Akshar Spintex is engaged in manufacturing of cotton yarn. The Company manufactures 100% cotton yarn which include combed, semi combed and carded yarn. The manufacturing facility of the Company is situated at Kalavad of Rajkot District in Gujarat state in 1,83,437 sq. ft. area which is in the vicinity of the rich cotton growing areas of Gujarat.
The Company is promoted by Ashok Bhalala, Amit Gadhiya, Harikrishna Chauhan and Rekhaben Chauhan. They have sound knowledge and experience in the industry in which it operates. The Promoters have sound knowledge of manufacturing process, marketing, finance and all kind of other commercial activities related to the cotton textile industry including but not limited to manufacturing and marketing of raw cotton, Cotton bales, Cotton seeds, yarn and by-products.
