Supertech EV Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the name of 'Supertech EV Private Limited' on August 12, 2022 with the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed from 'Supertech EV Private Limited' to 'Supertech EV Limited' and a Certificate of Incorporation dated December 21, 2022 issued by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana .
As a pioneering force in the Indian electric vehicle (EV) market. Since the Company's inception, it drove the electrification of mobility in India, with the manufacturing facilities in Haryana by the launching of 12 models including 8 variants of EV 2 wheelers and 4 variants of E-Rickshaw, with a distributor base of 445 across India and presence in 19 states.
With a diverse portfolio of electric vehicles, including E-Rickshaws and E-Scooters, the Company cater to evolving needs of the Indian automobile market. It rapidly evolved to become a significant player in the market, specializing in the design, development, manufacturing, and distribution of high-quality electric two-wheelers and E-rickshaws. The distribution network grew, enabling the Company to reach new markets and serve a diverse clientele. And hence, the Company focused on delivering user friendly, technologically advanced and affordable electric scooters.
Subsequently, on March 31, 2023, the running business of proprietorship concern of the Promoter namely 'Supertech Inc' was taken over by the Company, along with the assets and liabilities of the proprietorship concern as going concern.
The Company is proposing to raise money from public by way of IPO of 32,49,600 Equity Shares through Fresh Issue.
