The Company was incorporated as 'Naapbooks Private Limited' under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated April 21, 2017 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Further, Company got converted into a Public Limited Company and name of the Company was changed to 'Naapbooks Limited' vide Special Resolution dated December 29, 2020. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion to Public Limited Company was issued to Company by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad on January 7, 2021. Ashish Jain, Yaman Saluja and Swati Singh are the Founders and Company Promoters.
