The Company was originally incorporated as a Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 2013 pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai dated March 21, 2016 with the name AA Plus Tradelink Limited'. The Company is running the business under the leadership of the Promoter Group, Mr. Ashok A. Shah and Mr. Rajkumar M. Singh.
The Company is currently engaged in trading of products made of iron & steel, aluminium, graphite and other alloy products. It is also in the business of supplying Epoxy Floor Coating, Industrial Epoxy Floor Coating, Epoxy Floor Coating Marine, PU Floor Coating, Epoxy Coating, Epoxy Primer, Epoxy High Build Coating, Epoxy Heat Resistance Coating.
The Company is a multi-product trading company with a diverse product portfolio. The portfolio of products currently being traded by Company includes various industrial, metals and alloy products including iron and steel. The Company operate as an intermediary in the Iron & Steel and other metal and alloy Industry. The Company is currently serving the corporate and other clients from construction and manufacturing industry. It procure material from various manufacturers and traders and orders from clients and accordingly supply material to customers.
The Company is dedicated towards quality of products and adheres to quality standards as prescribed by clients. The Company understands the client requirements in terms of quality, specifications, quantity and timelines. It seek suitable vendors for procurement of material and negotiates with them. It sends the quotation to client and makes arrangements for dispatch on confirmation of clients' order. The Company service customers with products ranging to all sizes, grades, and standards under one roof. The Company compete with competitors on a regional or product line basis. It has been focusing on acquiring new customers through its direct and indirect channels.
The Company is also in process of taking the contracts from builders for end-to-end supply and fitting of aluminium windows along with the glass. The Company intend to build a specialized team for the same which supervises the entire execution of the project and provide services which will satisfy clients needs as per their specialized requirements. It uses third party transportation providers for supply of materials and delivery of products to domestic customers. It intend to offer a wide range of construction chemicals which includes Non-shrink Grouts, Concrete Repair Systems, Surface Treatments, Bonding Agents, Flooring & Coatings, Sealants, Waterproofing & Coatings, Tile Adhesives & Tile Grouts and Admixtures.
In 2018, the Company introduced various alloys and speciality alloys products.
In 2020, the Company added more chemical products into trading of diverse products portfolio in the construction industry.
