The Company was originally incorporated as Niks Technology Private Limited on June 19, 2014 as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, 2013 with Registrar of Companies, Patna, Bihar. Subsequently, Company got converted into Public Limited Company pursuant to Shareholders Resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on March 05, 2021 and name of the Company was changed to 'Niks Technology Limited' and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion of Company to Public Limited dated March 05, 2021 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Patna, Bihar, The Company is promoted by Mr. Manish Dixit. The Company is engaged in software development and providing education services.
