The Company was originally incorporated as G M Polyplast Private Limited under the provisions of Companies Act 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated 27th November 2003 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. The name of the Company was subsequently changed to G M Polyplast Limited pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at its Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 06th July, 2020 and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion from Private Company to Public Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai dated 30th July 2020. The Company operates in manufacturing of Plastic Sheets and Rolls.
G M Polyplast Ltd is being promoted by Mr. Dinesh Balbirsingh Sharma and Ms. Sarita Dinesh Sharma. The Company has set manufacturing facilities and team of motivated and experienced staff in production and sales to meet the quality and service expectations of customers. The basic raw material required in manufacturing process is called as granules. Apart from using granules for own consumptions, the Company manufacture and sell the granules. It source some of the raw materials from domestic and international market. To maintain quality of product, the Company has implemented several quality control mechanisms for sourcing of raw materials.
The Company started its operations way back in the year 2003 in the name of G. M. Polyplast Private Limited. The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing of H.I.P.S, A.B.S & P.E.T sheets, along with sheets it also manufacture the raw material used to manufacture the sheets called as granules. The Company is known in the industry for manufacturing and supplying of high-grade Sheets and Granules in India. The Company has a manufacturing unit located at Dadra & Nagar Haveli having a total area of approximately 50,000 sq. ft. This manufacturing unit is being recognized for in-house quality Management. The manufacturing process starts with manufacturing and procurement of granules and then the manufacturing process and packing of the final products is been carried on.
The Company has been steadily diversifying as well as adding new products to its portfolio, besides adding additional infrastructure for increasing its manufacturing capability for its existing products. The product range includes Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) Plastic Sheets, High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Sheets, PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) Sheets / Rolls, Amorphous Polyethylene Terephthalate (A-PET) Sheet, Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate (R-PET) Sheet, HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) Sheets / Rolls, PP (Polypropylene) Sheets / Rolls, Electrostatic discharge materials (ESD materials). Its comprehensive product range offers a wide variety of designs and styles and caters to various customer segments across a wide range of price points, by providing products at various price ranges.
The Company is having good channel for distribution to many clients be it in India or abroad. It has employed a sales and marketing team, who are responsible to take orders from customers which is then given to the manufacturing unit and then, the Company starts packing finished goods or manufacture new products depending upon the availability of the stock. The Company primarily sell products through distributors and retailer. It provide product samples along with catalogue to distributors for reaching out to the wholesale and retail shops in domestic market. Its distribution channel currently covers states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Pondicherry, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Telangana, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Goa, Karnataka, Chhattisgarh, and also supply to other countries such as UAE, Israel, Jordan, Hong Kong.
The Company ensure quality control check at each of the manufacturing stages. The Company believe in providing quality and timely service to customers. So for this, the Company has a set of standards while it comes to timeliness and quality of service provided to customers. The stringent systems ensures that all the products reach customers on stipulated time and there are minimum errors to ensure reduced product rejection. The Company has developed internal procedure of checking the client orders at each stage from customer order to delivery. In order to offer new and varied products to customers, the Company focus in creating innovative designs and optimizing fit and sizing combined with an emphasis on quality. It also focused in maintaining the level of consistently in service, thereby building customer loyalty for the Brand.
The Company actively works for the benefit of their employees and labors with prime focus being health, hygiene and welfare of the workforce and undergoes audit conducted by its recognized suppliers to ensure that the safety and management norms are being complied with as well. The Company give quality the utmost priority in all stages of production to ensure that customers are thoroughly satisfied. The Company has three levels of quality checks in place to make sure that the requisite quality of the product is being achieved at every stage of manufacture from raw materials to boxed stock. The Company constantly endeavor to maintain and exceed customer expectations consistently in all aspects of quality.
