Transpact Enterprises Limited was incorporated as a private limited company with the name 'Transpact Enterprises Private Limited' on May 12, 2013. Further, the status of the Company was changed to a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed to 'Transpact Enterprises Limited' by a special resolution passed on April 10, 2019. The Company aims to impact lives of people through continuous technological interventions and innovations. It is a design, development and distribution company for therapeutic device - Vestibulator' which is a unique and innovative therapeutic design in medical device segment. Vestibulator has been incubated at SINE (Society for Innovation and Entrepreneurship), lIT Bombay. Further, a licence agreement had been executed between IIT Bombay and the company to carry out all commercialization activities. The company along with IIT Bombay has filed a joint patent for the technology of Vestibulator with Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trademarks, Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Ministry of Commerce and Industry. Vestibulator is a compact, mechanized, innovative therapeutic device which is ergonomically designed to provide stimulations for vestibular, neuro-developmental and sensory integration therapy.
The company has outsourced the manufacturing of device to third party manufacturer and have entered into a MoU with them for the same. It provides design details required for the manufacturing of the device. The Company's software solution Rehab-Soft, Electronic Medical Records (EMR) processing, device administration, communications and streamlines patient billing. The solution is based on Internet of Things (lOT) technologies that turns Vestibulator therapy data into electronic medical record and sends them to the private cloud, where data analytics can be performed to better evaluate patient's condition. The Rehab-Soft improves medical care, support EMRs, enables patient data sharing among therapy centres and increases staff efficiency. The Company's integrated product offering limits the need of existing old techniques for vestibular, neuro-developmental and sensory integration therapy. The Company constantly keeps abreast with the latest technology as per the requirement of the industry.

The company aims at partnering with hospitals for the installation of products. The Company is promoted by Mr. Aslam Khan and Mr. Anis Choudhary. The promoter Mr. Aslam Khan has entrepreneurial experience in Information Technology and Healthcare industry. Its other promoter Mr. Anis Choudhary is a social worker, entrepreneur and management guru.
