The Company was formally incorporated as Roni Households Private Limited on 09th October 2017. The Company got Certificate of Conversion through which the status of the Company got changed from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and later, name of the Company was changed to 'Roni Households Limited' by a Special Resolution passed on January 19, 2018. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion was issued on 1st March 2018 by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. The Company trades in plastic granules and plastic household products which includes tub, buckets, office furniture, ghamela etc. They have taken a land on lease MIDC Jalgaon for setting up a manufacturing unit. A part of the proposed manufacturing unit has been set up on the leased land. The Company sales plastic scrap generated through manufacturing process in cash to nearby vendors. A large number of manufacturers supply many different products to numerous end-users for a multitude of applications. Further, they intend to expanded business by manufacturing plastic products for household use.
The Company mainly operates into two business process comprising of trading business process and proposed manufacturing process. The trading business vertical of the company is a B2B model and operates primarily on an agency basis wherein the goods are procured from suppliers on cash or credit basis and supplied to customers on credit basis. The procurement of goods is carried out on an 'order' basis as well as 'demand estimation basis'. The basic raw material is PVC Granuals. This raw material is fed into the Feeding hopper of Injection Molding Machine. Wherein, the raw material is heated by the heater and converted into hard solvent. The hard solvent is then injected into moulds wherein products are given desired shapes and cooled to solidify. And finally the injection molding items are then packed and made ready for sale.
During the year 2018-19, the Company has issued 15,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 20/- each aggregating to Rs. 3,00,00,000/- through IPO. The equity shares of the company are listed on BSE SME Stock Exchange with effect from 03rd December, 2018.
