Company History

Space Incubatrics Technologies Limited (SITL) was incorporated in June 29, 2016. The Company is incorporated to develop or get developed Data Communications Services, Incubation Facilities, Training and Value Added Services in the ?eld of App development.

The Hon'ble NCLT, Allahabad bench vide its Order dated February 22, 2018, sanctioned the Composite Scheme of Arrangement under Sections 391 to 394 read with Sections 100 to 105 of the Companies Act, 1956 or any corresponding provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 as may be applicable among Sybly Industries Limited (SIL) (Demerged Company/Transferee Company) And Space Incubatrics Technologies Limited (SITL) (Resulting Company) And Vartex Fabrics Private Limited (Transferor Company 1) And Dux Textiles Private Limited (Transferor Company 2) and their respective Shareholders and Creditors. The Scheme became effective from March 03, 2018 i.e. , the date of filing of the certified copy of Order of the Hon'ble NCLT, Allahabad bench with the Registrar of Companies, Kanpur. As a consequence of the Scheme, some investments of Sybly Industries Limited became investments of the Company and M/s Sybly International FZE, Sharjah (UAE) became Subsidiary of the Company.
