Angel Fibers Limited was originally incorporated as a private limited company in the name and style of as 'Angel Fibers Private Limited' at Rajkot on February 14, 2014. Subsequently the Company was converted to public limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to Angel Fibers Limited' on December 11, 2017. The Promoters of the Company are Prafulaben Dudhagara and Ashok Dudhagara. Bakulesh Jani, and Ashok Dudhagara were the initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association of the Company. Prafulaben Dudhagara acquired 5,00,000 equity shares on January 1, 2015.

Incorporated in 2014, the company is primarily affianced in the business of spinning of cotton yarn . The company also trade in cotton waste which is by-product of its manufactured product. The manufacturing facility of the Company is situated at Kalavad in Jamanagar district of Gujarat state which is close to the cotton growing areas of Maharashtra and Saurashtra (region) of Gujarat. The company has established a capacity of the spindlage of total 19584 spindles having installed capacity of 4363MT per annum to manufacture cotton yarn. By setting up of the Ginning and Spinning unit the Company has entered into a forward integration of the textile industry to cope up with the changes in the fashion consciousness, development in the cotton textile sector and synchronizing with the initiatives provided by the Central and the State Government.

The Company is maneuvered by the promoters Mr. Ashok Dudhagara and Mrs. Prafulaben Dudhagara and experienced management team. Mr. Ashok Dudhagara has experience in Cotton industry including developing healthy relations with brokers dealing in Cotton and Cotton Yarn which helps the company to market its product in domestic and overseas market.
