The company is promoted by Dr.T.Devanathan Yadav, who has over 2 decades of experience in various business sectors including the media and entertainment industry and also has overall business knowledge and manages several group of companies engaged in diverse industry sectors like manufacturing, finance, imports & exports, etc.
The company is engaged in the business of Media and Entertainment through the mediums of Television, Newspapers and movies and also an established television broadcaster and newspaper in India, headquartered from southern India, The company has also started its operations on small scale in the year 1999.
Over the years, the company has since expanded horizontally to cover various geographical areas via setting up of various channels and also via circulation of its newspapers. Today, the companies own satellite channels, namely, 'Win TV (Tamil)', 'Win TV (U.P)', 'Cuisine TV', and 'Aaseervatham TV', and also circulate a daily newspaper named 'Tamil News'. The company has recently ventured into production of movies under a separate division -'GR8 Talkies and has also recently released the first tamil Movie.
