Company History

Kome-on Communication Limited was incorporated on 3rd February 1994. The Company operates its business in the field of entertainment industry by providing consultation to various production houses and also operates in the area of developing and marketing serials; feature films software for electronic channels also lets out studio equipments related to entertainment.

The Company in the year 2016-17 received Listing approval and trading permission on Bombay Stock Exchange Limited of 15008107 equity share w.e.f from 25th July, 2016 from BSE vide letter DCS/DL/SP/TP/25 0/2016-17. The Company's equity is listed on BSE and members are allowed and permitted to trade on BSE platform.

During 2017, material orders by Hon'ble Add. Chief Metropolitan Court, Gujarat rejecting Company's application for discharge of case filed by MCA u/s 63, 68, 628 was passed. The said order is challenged in the High Court for quashing proceedings in the month of July 2017.
