Company History

Arfin India Ltd was incorporated on 10 April 1992 as a public limited company. The company is engaged in the business of manufacturing, trading and selling of various non-ferrous metal products since its manufacturing activities are located at Chhatral, Dhanot and Vadaswami industrial areas in the State of Gujarat. The company has in built production capacity of 71000 metric tonnes per annum.

The main product line includes aluminum wire rod, aluminum deox, cored wire, aluminum alloy ingots, ferro alloys and conductor & cables. The company covers supply to the steel, automobile and power sectors through its existing portfolio of products. Moreover, it covers supply to customers in India as well as overseas markets.

In 2014-15, the company expanded its reach into the steel sector by extending its manufacturing strength to produce cored wire products which was followed by set up of Alloy Ingots Plant during 2015-16 and Ferro Alloys Plant during 2016-17.

During 2017-18, the company started supplying to power sector through its conductor plant.

During the year 2020-21, the company has started production and sales from its second Aluminum Alloy Ingots Plant, which became operational located at Dhanot, Ghandinagar during the month of December 2020. The company has added 12000 metric tons per annum capacity through addition of this new plant of Alloy Ignots to meet increased customer demand. This plant is located near existing manufacturing facilities of the company. The company has inaugurated a new corporate office during fourth quarter of FY 2020-21 for better efficiency in business operations. This office is located at Ravi Industrial Estate, Billeshwarpura, Chhatral, which is attached to the manufacturing activities.

The company brings the four key components together in the non-ferrous metal industry- a strong portfolio of non-ferrous metal products, a well established production capacity, a pan India and Global reach for its products through a strong supply chain and investment in production of aluminum wire rod, aluminum deox, aluminum alloy ingots, cored wire products, ferro alloys and conductors & cables into a single entity. And thus the company became a unique player to gain a leadership position in non-ferrous metal industry.
