Company History

Northlink Fiscal and Capital Services Limited is a NBFC registered with Reserve Bank of India, Chandigarh. The Company was incorporated in November 28, 1994 and started its commercial operations in December 30th, 1994. The Company is into the business of wholesale of construction materials. It identified two reportable segments mainly via trading of Cement and financing & rental income.

The Board of directors of the company made preferential allotment of 20,00,000 warrants convertible into equity shares within 18 months and the same 20,00,000 warrants has into equity share during the year 2017-18. After conversion of warrants into equity, paid up capital of the company has been increased from 325 Lakh to 525 Lakh. Further company has got necessary approval from the BSE and MSEI regarding listing of further equity capital.

The company has three firms having own proprietorship namely M/s Northlink Tradings, M/S Kuber Traders and M/S Capital Agencies deals in trading of Cement during the year 2018-19.
