Company History

Talbros Engineering Limited is engaged into manufacturing of Rear Axle Shafts for the leading automobile companies in India and foreign markets. The Company was incorporated in 09th October 1986 having its manufacturing plant in Faridabad.

The Company amended its Registered Office address as Plot No. 74-75-76, Sector 6, Faridabad, Haryana - 121 006 w.e.f. 09th February 2017.

During FY 2016-17, the Company purchased Plot No 76, an adjacent factory and production has started from January 2017 in this facility.

During the year 2017-18, the Company issued and allotted 25,38,252 No. of fully paid up bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:1 to the existing shareholders i.e. one fully paid up equity share for every one-equity share by capitalization of free reserves on 16th October 2017.

During FY 2017-18, the Company had set up a new plant located in Sector 5, Faridabad, which substantially increased the production capacity by 45,000 axles per month

During Financial Year 2018-19, the Company acquired a new land located at Sector 4, Faridabad to set up a forging unit wherein the construction has already started.
