The Company is in the business of broking & trading in shares, mutual funds & depository services and was incorporated in the year July 05th, 1994.

The Capital Expenditure incurred and funded for the year 2015 is Rs. 40.11 lakhs.

The Capital Expenditure incurred and funded for the year 2016 is Rs. 9 lakhs.

The Capital Expenditure incurred and funded for the year 2017 is Rs. 5.43 lakhs.

The Capital Expenditure incurred and funded for the year 2018 is Rs. 12.02 lakhs.

The Capital Expenditure incurred and funded for the year 2019 is Rs. 17.45 lakhs.

The Members of the Company at its Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2018 approved shifting of Registered Office of the Company from State of Haryana to the NCT of Delhi. Pursuant to order received from the Regional Director, Northern Region, Delhi dated 23 April 2019; the Registered Office of the Company is shifted from state of Haryana to State of Delhi. Further, the new registered & corporate office address of the Company is 213, Arunachal Building, 19, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi- 110001.
