Company History

Alliance Integrated Metaliks Ltd is engaged in the manufacturing of steel with its concentration in manufacturing specialty steel and alloy products catering primarily to automobile applications and also for Industrial, Engineering Applications to a limited extend.

Alliance Integrated Metaliks Limited was incorporated on March 09, 1989 as a private limited company with the name BS Holding And Credit Private Limited. Initially, the company was in the business of finance. In February 1996, the company was converted into public limited company and the name was changed to BS Holding And Credit Limited.

The company changed its object clause from finance activities to Manufacturing and processing of Steel & Allied Activity. The name of the company lias been changed from BS Holding And Credit Limited to Alliance Integrated Metaliks Limited with effect from September 06, 2004.

The company intends to setup a Greenfield steel fabrication facility at Rajpura, Punjab to serve the Balance of Plant (BOP) requirements of companies dealing in large power plants. The facility would be fabricating steel for manufacturing of power plant structures and auxiliary equipment for power plants, with an installed capacity of 100.000 TPA. The company is in possession of the land required for the proposed project. Further, the company has also applied for the necessary approvals required for the project. The facility is expected to start operations by July 2012.

The company's shares were listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange with effect from March 14, 2012.
