Siel Financial Services Limited operates as a non-banking financial company in India. It engages in the business of leasing, advancing loan/ICDs, making investments, bill discounting, and other financial activities. The company is based in Indore, India. Siel Financial Services Limited is a subsidiary of Mawana Sugars Limited.

Siel Financial Services was incorporated in December, 1990 under the name of Titawi Sugar Works and was promoted by Shriram Industrial Enterprises, headed by Siddharth Shriram. Afterwards, the name was changed to Shriram Agrotech Industries, in November, 1992. Initally, the company was engaged in the business of manufacturing soybean/ rapeseed oil, refined oil, vanaspati and deoiled cake. The company entered the capital market in February, 1993 to raise fund for setting up facilities to process 500 tpd of oil seeds or 600 tpd of oil cakes in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh. Afterwards, the company diversified into financial services. In the year 2003, the company got delisted its shares from Delhi, Calcutta and Ahmedabad stock exchanges.
