Khandelwal Extractions Ltd was incorporated on 24 April 1981 with the promoter; Anil Khandelwal. The Company is primarily engaged in manufacturing and sale of solvent oil.
During FY 2014-15, the Company redeemed 5000, 10% Cumulative Preference Shares of Rs 100 each on maturity date ie 15 October 2014 out of proceeds of fresh issue of 12% 5000 Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs 100 each allotted on 10 October 2014. Thus paid up Preference Share Capital as on the date of the Balance sheet stands unchanged at Rs. 40 lacs.
The Company discontinued the acceptance of deposits from 01 April 2014 and repaid fully all the outstanding amount of deposits.
In FY 2017, loans and investments were made for deployment of surplus funds, which are within the limits as prescribed u/s 186 of the Companies Act, 2013.
During the year 2018, the Company redeemed Preference Share Capital amounting to Rs. 30,00,000 (comprising of 30,000 Preference Shares of Series I @ 12% of Rs. 100/- each), hence the Paid up Preference Share Capital of the Company stand reduced to Rs. 10,00,000 (comprising of 5000 Preference Shares of Series II and 5000 Preference Shares of Series III @ 12% of Rs. 100/- each).
In FY 2019, the manufacturing operations at Akrampur Magarwara factory had been closed on 1st November 2018.
