The Company is engaged in Software Development in the form of services, turnkey projects and products for the domestic market & Consulting and Real Estate Activities.
The Company was established in 1991 with the objective to provide quality software services. Apart from this, it is a global provider of Software Application Development, Digital Transformation and QA & testing and services to enterprises. Their AI services encompass everything from tailored and real-time customer interactions to dedicated processes, followed by less to no errors, virtual predictive and diagnostic applications. They exploit blockchain's 'Internet of Value' to deliver a more sustainable and secure digital foundation for business.
The Company leverage IoT-based solutions and services to dramatically enhance engagement with customers. With the help of data analytics and digital connectivity, it design actionable intelligence to fuel higher levels of efficiency, innovation and new business models. Promoted by J Venkat Rao and M Satyendra, the Company commenced its operations in Nov.'92.
The Company came out with a public issue of Rs. 5.83 crores in Mar.'94 to part finance the cost of setting up a 100% EOU at Hyderabad, for software exports and expansion of the existing activities of the company in areas of software development, educational services, product sales and management consultancy.
During the year 1995-96, the educational centres were increased to 9 and the domestic software division installed the branded products like VJ STS, VJPDS, at many places and company has also secured orders from many well known companies.
The Company consciously focused on building capabilities on internet technologies & client server environment.
In the USA, the Company established off-shore & on-site facilities. It established a big size branch office in U K for monitoring of off-shore and on-side services during the year 2001.
