Sanrhea Technical Textile Ltd., a public company was incorporated on 20 June 1983. The company is a listed entity promoted and managed by Mr Tushar Patel who belongs to a family established in the textile industry. The company is engaged in manufacturing of industrial fabrics like conveyor belting fabrics, chafer fabrics for tyres, diaphragm fabrics for auto industries, Liners etc. It caters to both domestic and international markets.
In FY15, the company started exports to Conveyor Belt Manufacturers in Spain, Serbia and Philippines.
During FY15, the company participated in the Rubber Expo - India at New Delhi. This helped the company in initiating dialogues with many new customers across its product categories.
The company in the year 2015 had installed two additional TFO Twisters as well as four more Rapier Weaving Machines and is waiting an additional two more looms.
During FY16, the company participated in the Techtextil - India at Mumbai. This helped the company get exposure and identity amongst various foreign corporate visitors scouting for prospects in the growing Indian market.During financial year 2017-18, Company issued 7,90,000 convertible Equity Warrants. Out of which, it received application of for conversion of 3,49,000 warrants into Equity Shares. The Share Capital of the Company was increased by Rs. 34,90,000/-.
During financial year 2018-19, the Company issued 7,90,000 convertible Equity Warrants. Out of which, it received application for conversion of 4,41,000 warrants into Equity Shares. The Share Capital of the Company was increased by Rs 44,10,000/-.
Apart from the Techtextil 2019 in Frankfurt, the company participated in the India Rubber Expo at Mumbai in January 2019. The company continues such participations in identified Rubber Industry Shows both locally as well as overseas.
