Company History

Frontier Capital Limited (formerly known as Frontier Leasing & Finance Limited) was incorporated in the year June 13, 1984. The Company is engaged in the business of a non-banking financial institution. The Company is not systematically important non-deposit taking NBFC.

In March 21, 2014, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company named Frontier Digital Technologies Private Limited (FDTPL) was incorporated.

During the year, the Company built a Truck/ Vehicle Finance of Rs. 1.60 Crores and Corporate Loan of Rs. 13.83 Crores as of 30th June 2015.

The Company changed its name from 'Frontier Leasing & Finance Limited' to 'Frontier Capital Limited' w.e.f. February 26th, 2015.

During the year 2015, the Company issued and allotted 0.01%, 1,40,000 Preference Shares to Inimitable Capital Finance Private Limited, the holding company, on preferential basis.

Pursuant to shareholders' approval obtained at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 4th July 2016, on 2nd August 2016 the Company has issued and allotted 17,163 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each as Bonus shares to non-promoters Equity shareholders of the Company.

During the year, Frontier Digital Technologies Private Limited, Wholly Owned Subsidiary ceased to be so w.e.f. 3rd March 2016.

The company continues to be subsidiary of Inimitable Capital Finance Private Limited in FY19.
