Sharanam Infraproject & Trading Ltd. was incorporated in the year February 05, 1992. The Company operates in business of trading of textile.

The Company changed its name from Skyhigh Projects Ltd to Sharanam Infraproject and Trading Ltd during the year under 2016.

During FY 2016, the Company had Sub-division of One Equity Share of the Company of Face Value of Rs 10/- each to 10 Equity Shares of Rs. 1/- each for its approval taken from the shareholders in Annual general Meeting held on 22 July 2015.

The Company has received Order from Regional Director for shifting of registered office of the company from the State of Punjab to Gujarat Vide Order No. SRN C66643156 (13)/2013/5011 dated 11 August 2016.
