Company History

=Archit Organosys Limited is a public company incorporated in 04th August 1993. The Company is mainly engaged in the business of manufacturing and trading of various chemical products.

During the year 2016-17, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 March 2017 allotted 1,00,42,200 partly paid equity shares having face value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 25/- per share (including premium of Rs.15/-). Rs 12.50 has been received by Company on application and remaining amount be payable on first and final call as and when the same is made. The Company received the listing and trading approval for said shares from BSE Limited and the shares of the Company are traded on stock exchange from 05 April 2017.

During the year 2017-18, the Board called up the first and final call money of Rs. 12.50 each (Rs. 5 towards face value and Rs. 7.50 towards securities premium account). The Company received the amount towards first and final call money for 99,99,623 partly paid equity shares. The same has been converted into fully paid up and are listed and traded under ISIN of fully paid up shares on BSE Limited.

During the year 2017-18, balance 42,577partly paid up equity shares on which the first and final call money has not been received within one year from the date of allotment were forfeited by Board in due compliance of provision of Articles of Association of the Company and the Companies Act, 2013.
